The league was founded in 1922 and is affiliated to the Hampshire FA. It currently has 20 teams competing in the Senior Division.
The Aldershot & District Sunday Football League was founded in 1922. The first season saw 12 teams compete, with the winners being Aldershot Town Reserves.
