The league was founded in 1971 and currently consists of 30 teams competing in three divisions:

The league's headquarters are at the Recreation Ground in Aldershot.
History
The Aldershot And District Sunday Football League was founded in 1971 by a group of local football enthusiasts. The league's first season consisted of just 10 teams, but it has grown steadily over the years and now has over 30 teams competing.
The league has been won by a variety of teams over the years, including Aldershot Park Elite, Farnborough Central, and Morley Road Academicals.
Current Season
The 2022-23 season is the 52nd season of the Aldershot And District Sunday Football League. The Premier Division champions are Aldershot Park Elite, the Division One champions are Farnborough Central, and the Division Two champions are Morley Road Academicals.
