The Ann Arbor Amateur Football League (AACPS) is a non-profit organization that provides a fun and competitive football experience for adults in the Ann Arbor area. The league was founded in 1978 and currently has over 100 teams in 6 divisions.

AACPS teams are made up of players of all skill levels, from former college players to those who have never played football before. The league offers a variety of divisions to accommodate players of all levels, including a recreational division, a competitive division, and a women's division.

AACPS games are played on Saturdays and Sundays during the fall and spring. The league also hosts a playoffs and championship game at the end of each season.

Rules

  • The game is played in four 12-minute quarters.
  • There is a running clock.
  • Touchdowns are worth 6 points.
  • Field goals are worth 3 points.
  • Extra points are worth 1 point.
