4.Divisjon avd 1

4.Divisjon avd 1 is the fifth tier of the Norwegian football league system for men. It is the highest non-national division in the system, and is therefore organized by the different football districts.

The league consists of 12 teams, and each team plays each other twice, once home and once away. The top two teams at the end of the season are promoted to 3.Divisjon, and the bottom two teams are relegated to 5.Divisjon.
