The 2. ŽNL Zadar is an amateur football league in Zadar County, Croatia. It is the fourth tier of the Croatian football league system.

The league was founded in 1992. There are currently 12 teams competing in the league. The top two teams are promoted to the 1. ŽNL Zadar, while the bottom two teams are relegated to the 3. ŽNL Zadar.
