Wreckingham FC 1 vs 3 The Angry Anstee's

Wreckingham played pretty well in a very close game, setting up with a back 3 to try and match the great performance of the previous week. The team was solid for the majority of the game and shut out the opposition brilliantly in the first half but without making too many chances and looking to hit the other side on the break. 0-0 half time.

Early in the second half WFC conceded, opening up the game a little and we started to get loads of chances on the break but unfortunately there was a lack of composure with the finishing and the final ball and with the opposition keeper in ridiculous form, Wreckingham could not get the ball in the net.

Soon after the score was 2-0 and despite WFC's constant counter attacks it looked like the game was over. There was a hint of a comeback when Bunn made it 2-1, finally getting past the goalkeeper and WFC pushed hard for the equaliser but they got hit on the break right at the end to make the final score 3-1.

Another good performance with no points, Wreckingham really need to be more clinical and ruthless.
