In a very low quality game, Wreckingham were untroubled until late on due to awful decision making for passes around the back which cost WFC what would have been hard earned points. The opposition offered little threat for the majority of the match and WFC took the lead through a Liam penalty after Bunn went down after a light challenge but were gifted a way back in after Connor played a short goal kick to Liam which wasn't on, then Liam lost the ball giving the opposition a cheap equaliser. Liam was involved in their winner when he played a dodgy pass accross the defence which went behind Alfie, which was kept in by their attacker then they scored from the same attack. The opposing team were over the top with their tackling, going into numerous late challenges and a high number of slide tackles and were maybe a little lucky not to be penalised more for it. In the end Wreckingham threw away the match with awful individual errors, a recurring theme in the first season back playing football.
