Boys,

What a performance on Sunday. To go and put that type of performance in on a very difficult pitch against a good side was so pleasing to see.

Sunday was a real physical battle and one we all expected. Get used to being kicked boys, good teams/players get kicked. We spoke on at half-time and used Arsenal as our reference, they have the ability to out play teams OR the ability to mix it physically.

I knew we could out play teams but Sunday you showed me you can also step up and be really physical too.

Some of the football we played on that pitch was outstanding to see. The bravery to get on the ball and at times pop It about comfortably was a joy.

It is becoming a bit of a habit these clean sheets. I'm seeing us celebrate saves from Simeon or last ditch tackles at 5-0 which is so pleasing. The work rate in the group is outstanding, Carter, Teddy and Sidney I thought all three of you did not stop running Sunday!

Tate, another really strong performance mate, you're in a fantastic bit of form.
