Unique FC U9 7 vs 1 Afewee Urban

Good Morning Boys,

Hope we all enjoyed our days yesterday! Quick summary from me.

It wasn't Seymour Villas we played, it was Afewee Urban (they told me after the game)

Anyway, good start to our Pre-Season campaign. I thought at times, it was extremely messy, especially the first two quarters. But as I mentioned after the game, this was exactly what I was expecting. I thought they made it even harder to keep our shape because they were so unorthodox and all over the place.

But I felt we grew into the game well. I was incredibly happy with how we battled after the first quarter. I thought we were still dangling legs at times in the first but improved on this from the 2nd.

We need to be more careful with emptying midfield. I felt far too often, our centre mid was up high like a striker. Recognise when you can go and when we need someone to link it.

Really happy with how we took the game away from them in the 3rd onwards. As mentioned at the end of the game, having a goalkeeper like Sim makes such a difference. Goals change games and if one of their half chances goes in, we give the opposition momentum to build from. Well done Sim

Tate I thought you were absolutely outstanding yesterday.

We scored some fantastic goals yesterday, stand out for me being Jude's Bergkamp touch and slide to Sid who calmly finished.

Teddy, well done on your hat-trick, fully deserved.
