Good Morning Boys,

Please see my short summary below.

Sunday, I thought we played a really good side. I thought for the first quarter we competed fairly well and had a few chances of our own.

I felt throughout a lot of us really lacked belief that we could go on and win the game. You should never be going into a game feeling this boys, you should always be backing yourselves all the way until the end.

What I did think was disappointing was some of us just wasn't up for the game. We seemed to really go into our shell because we were playing a strong team. Shirking tackles and not showing for the ball as much as we normally would.

Remember, bravery comes in different forms. One way to be brave is to go into tackles strongly, but another way is to still show for the ball when things aren't going well for the team or yourself. Can you show the character to still keep going.

I felt some of us did show that and others not so much. This is a lesson for you boys to learn from. You never want to be going home from a game thinking I could've given more.

On the positive side, there was a few wonderful strikes for a couple of our goals.

Well done boys, we now go into two really winnable games! Let's get back to training this week and focus up.
