Shvolme 3 vs 2 UN1TED

There was a possibility of match being abandoned with e caretaker needlessly getting into an argument with Daniel but e spirit of UN1TED showed by backing him up.

The intention was to keep posession and play out e triangle pass and it was duly played. The goal arrived in e 1st min when an unintended pass by Shvolme (opponents) was put on a platter for Jason to lob it over the keeper and last man... 1-0 ! And a dedicated bday celebration to Ashiq!

As e game progressed UN1TED did well to dominate posession and play their triangle objective with composed Aly-like performance by Dinesh to hold e left flank to allow Nash to foray further up.

Despite e pressure UN1TED was caught on e counter to go down 1-2 at half time.

UN1TED started e 2nd half brilliantly and Nash could have equalised but his dribble and shot was saved by the keeper. Daniel had a long range going close. Shaheer saw his shot saved at the far post. BC came on and did well on 1 occasion to make a run down the edge of the box and fool e defence with a PapALY like turn but opted to pass than shoot...

Nash threaded a brilliant diagonal ball to Jason who decided to pass than shoot and shoot instead of passing the rebound with that being a chance to catch up as they were 1-3 down by then....

In the final min, Yusuf made a pass to Nash to pass on to Daniel and fed Shaheer to relay it unselfishly to Ayub for a poachers finish...the posession and triangle did work! However it was to be the lasy shot at glory as the ref blew e final whistle... UN1TED scoring in the 1st and Final min...
