U7 Dale Park Belles (18) 1 vs 13 U8 Dale Park Saints (19)

Well....today wasn’t part of the script. Bit of an out of character performance tonight. Started off brilliant and held a good draw for the first 10 or so minutes with a very comfortable finish from Kara, very Robbie Fowler in her composure!

Then we lost the plot a little, and chased the game which is very out of character compared to recent weeks. Every team has a blip, good to get it out the system, we can now regroup and go again next week.

Good performances through the game by everyone and we can’t take away the moments where we did click, some brilliant saves from Olivia in goal, super confident runs and dribbling from Beth and some great play up front from summer and Isla. Emily Kara and lily held the defence well and most of the time did brilliant to compete against the boys. Mia was the engine in midfield and never gave up, and some great tackling and dribbling from ruby who is really starting to show some confidence in the game.

Dust ourselves down, back to a few basics and prepare for next week girls.
