Great game today girls! We had them 0-0 for the first 5 minutes and the last 8 minutes, and the score did not reflect our performance, the girls should be so proud of their effort!!

Peppa was outstanding today in goal, fearless as ever and pulled off some unbelievable saves, especially the first half tip around the post!

Solid defending from Alisha and Emily, great to see them not let the boys bully them! Man of the match for Emily today who was outstanding, patient and strong against a very good attack.

We played Beth and Kara in new positions today out wide and they did brilliant! Controlling the ball, running with it then looking for the pass forward! Great play!

Lilly, summer, Evelyn and kaci in midfield and attack, not only getting into some great positions going forward but did an excellent job running up and down the field, supporting the team defence. Poor Evelyn was so cold she gave everything and had nothing else left in her when she came off!

Some excellent words from their manager at the end about the progress we are making and said we played better than most of the teams they have played this season, we just need to score ?? it just shows how far we have come and we are all still learning!
