Thrum Hall FC 4 vs 4 Siddal Place FC

As a change from recent weekends the sun was shining and the snow had fucked off. Thrum Hall hosted league leaders and unbeaten Siddall Place

As the players began warming up it was apparent Bradley ‘soft cunt’ Holt had blobbed again meaning Dale Imrie would have to step up and perform more central than his usual left back role

Kick off took place and within a matter of minutes jay clissitt whipped the ball into Jonathon Gibson for a perfect header into the top corner leaving the keeper standing

1-0 to Hall to everyone’s surprise Some Siddall players still unaware the game had kicked off

However after 10 mins Siddall were level after keeper tapend was up to his usual antics and attempted to keep the ball in play only to slip and allow them to score into an open goal

Disaster struck again for tapend as a 2nd mistake minutes later caused Siddall to lead 2-1

Siddall continued to attack and with Ben Coates and dale imrie keeping them at bay however Karl cartlidge decided it would be a good time for a nap as he kept falling over or being bullied off the ball by there smallest player

As a ball over the top was controlled down well by Siddall and tapend saved the first the rebound was converted to make it 3-1 at half time

Thrum Hall went in knowing this Siddall Place team was bearable and nothing special so with some harsh words from the manager it was back out for the second half a few changes with Lee and Karl being replaced by Luke and Andy suddall yes we put at centre half god forbid

After a few chances for each team it was Siddall who went even further ahead and made it 4-1 as a quick move ended with the ball slotted in the bottom corner

This resulted in skipper Chris Dawson being subbed off for Jonni suddall

This fourth Siddall goal must have flicked a switch in every thrum hall players head as it seems to change the play as Thrum Hall scored 2 quick goals one from Gibby which was a well placed finish and one from robbo which was cleared but only went as far as his arse the fat bastard and rolled into the net

Siddall began to panic now as they began to play the long ball and look for a winning goal it was robbo again who placed it past the Siddall keeper and a quick counter attack 4-4 the comeback for Thrum Hall was completed can they find a fifth

It was complete end to end football now balls over the top as thrum hall hit the post with 5 mins to go the shit cunts why couldn’t they score

It was Siddalls turn now to come close as a 25 yard curling effort into the top corner was fantastically saved by being tipped wide by tapend who was at full stretch to save thrum hall the well fought point
