Cinderford Town Youth U11 3 vs 5 Southside Star Youth U10 W

Afternoon all, another entertaining game today for the neutral! Starting well again and Recker struck early to put us 1-0 up and we were off and running, cinderford we’re not giving up easily and equalised not long after, ben D made it 1-2 to the wildcats and again they equalised ! We were a little bit quiet and unorganised at the back today but this will happen from time to time, the game was fairly even but we were creating lots of opportunities! We went in at the break 2-2 (I think) early in the second half we were awarded a penalty for handball and Ben D sent the keeper the wrong way 3-2 ! 5 minutes later Cinderford we’re back level with a decent strike.

Southside we’re now playing some decent football and looking to take the win, Luke pounced on the ball and struck a right foot shot !!! 4-3 !!! Still a very tense game joe was set free and scored in the 49th minute to ease the nerves. We saw out the game relatively comfortably and took the 3 points ! Not our finest performance today but we got the job done so well done to all and well done to Ruben for his man of the match !!
