South Normanton Colts FC 3 vs 0 GRAHAM ST PRIMS

An excellent team performance from the Colts against a very solid Graham St Prims, cemented their 2nd place in the League. The only match played today gave the Colts a chance to catch up.

Crowder opened the scoring on 11, running onto a lovely through ball and slotting past the keeper. Hunt scored the second lashing home from 8 yards. Crowder got the third in the second half being persistent against the dogged keeper.

Graham St Prims passed the ball nicely and competed well but only forced Bate into making one real noteworthy save late on.

Booth had another fine game, as did Vardy and Carter in midfield but it was McLaughlin, sporting a fine love bite, who stole the show. He was just superb at the heart of the defence and a yard faster than anyone else on the sticky pitch.
