The lads went into this game confident after last week's victory but this was the first time they'd faced Chaddy Park this season and they knew not to underestimate any team. The cold weather, early start and wet pitch resulted in a scrappy start to the game, with Chaddy Park making it clear this was going to be a physical one. 13 minutes into the game and Chaddy Park took an unexpected lead when a hopeful punt forward lobbed over Taylor in the Roach goal. The half remained scrappy and we came in 1-0 down at half time.

Just 3 minutes into the half and Tobi fed a ball through the defence for Jamie to run onto and slot home despite the home team's cries of offside. On 56 minutes, some great battling from Ben saw him win the ball and play through to Kaiden up front who finished at the second attempt. The lads were playing with confidence again now and controlling the game. Another attack in the 63rd minute saw Kaiden square the ball across the box for Tobi to control and smash home emphatically. With a 2 goal lead, the lads controlled the game as they needed to, frustrating their opponents to see out the victory.

Man of the match went to Kaiden who had a personal score to settle and put all his energy into a fantastic performance.
