Burnt Oak 0 vs 5 Medway Lions

Lions were to good for Oak today in all departments. Oak started the game looking to close the gap at the top but were outclassed. The pace of Elz Jas Abs and Shea going forward had Oak lunging in with desperate tackles. Elz opened the scoring latching on to Shea's long through ball for the opener. The only surprise was how long it took the dominating Lions to get the second. In the end Abbey banged in Elliot's mishit shot. The midfield and strikers workrd hard to stop Oak playing through them and the defence all played well limiting the opposition to just a couple of chances. 2.0 at the break. System changed to 4.3.3 and Lions continued to batter Burnt Oak. Nath made the game safe with a spectacular angled drive from 25 yards. Absoloute banger!!!!! Chances kept coming for Lions all the subs got on replacing tired legs. Glen put Aaron in his pocket, Mart and Geoff worked the wings and Lewis got to grips with the strikeforce.....and the torture continued as Jas scored 2 securing MOM, assists from Abbey and Shea. 5.0 win, quality battling performance.
