I was really pleased and proud with today ????

Another big step forward for us against a team we've historically struggled against due to their physicality. Some of you will know that stems back to u7s.

That first half, I don't think they got into our half more than 5 times. Our boys just didn't let them out. And instead of being 4-0 up at half time, it could have been double that ????

Second half was a different type of performance. The wind changed in their favour but we battled. We also created some great chances against the wind ????

Yes the accuracy and touch could have been better at times and I was disappointed with their first goal, but those 12 boys deserve huge, huge credit today ????

And congratulations to Edonis for opening his Barkhill account. The first of many I hope ??????

And the last 3 weeks, we've had various boys missing, all of whom are massively important to us.

A lot of teams wouldn't cope with that level of proper quality being unavailable. But our boys do because each of them is equally important to us.

I know some of our boys get annoyed sometimes by how we do game time, but last week and this week proves why we do it.

Its ?? true we dont have a single superstar we rely on.

But what is also ?? true is that we have 17 superstars. And that makes me hugely proud ????
