A stunning first win of the season for Barkhill!

After last weeks comeback the Barkhill boys were up for this game with lots of energy and triangle passing in the first half, but couldn’t put any chances away.

Halftime 0 - 0

Coach Dave told the team that he was super impressed with the team and if they kept it up they had a real chance to win, and what a second half it was!

After a lot of pressure on the Galaxy goal, the ball came to the edge of the box for Nihal to score with a great shot.

Barkhill continued to press and Harry blocked a clearance that went over the keeper into the top bins.

Their goalie played well and made a number of good saves. Meanwhile Barkhill reserve goalie Tom played well and on the one time he was beaten Dylan made a great goalmouth clearance.

Then Joe scored. He broke away and calmly slotted it home to make it three nil.

Harry was to finish the scoring with another break and good shot past the goalie.

What a result for Barkhill!!
