Arguably the finest performance I've ever seen from our boys since I've been coaching them, against a very good team, with both sides playing footy the way it should be played.

A strong start by the opposition saw them go a goal up. However, we settled down, created some chances, and played some great footy. Passing, moving, TRIANGLES and some lovely composed play.

Second half, I could not believe what I was seeing. Two quick goals and superb finishes by Ben R and Harry saw us go ahead, and then we just controlled the game superbly. Strong defensive performances from Eddie, Charlie, Patrick and Dylan kept them at bay. When we attacked, we looked like we were going to score every time. Amazing display, which I would have gladly paid to watch.

The last 5 minutes saw Jacob injured and with no subs, Antony's brother Jules kindly stepped up to help us out. He did superbly well.

A fantastic team display, full of hugely impressive individual performances too. We would have lost that game last season, which shows the progress we're making.
