Crofton Juniors U12 0 vs 3 LS27 F.C U12 Black

The U12 black squad travelled to crofton today for an afternoon league fixture looking to get back on track after back to back defeats

The home side started well and had the early chances, with Harley making some important saves. Alex and evie at the back were fantastic again soaking up the pressure and keeping crofton out. Jacob at the other end was unlucky not a get a goal against the run of play but the pinks managed to get to the break still at 0-0

In the second half, with the wind and playing down hill, the pinks took the game to Crofton with some solid play in midfield feeding ball forward through to the front man and were rewarded when Paul played it to Brajan, who made no mistake to make it 1-0. This spurred the boys on and put the game beyond the away side when Bobby flicked on a ball from Jacob to play Brajan in for his second of the match

The final goal came after Mackenzie played an inch perfect ball through to bobby who coolly finished for a deserved goal

A solid game for the pinks this week. All the players showed that hard work and a good attitude pays off

Player of the match was extremely difficult this week, but was given to Jacob after a fantastic game
