Kill Celtic FC 3 vs 3 Alpine Oldchurch

A frustrating day for Kill as they failed to build on last weeks win. However after finding themselves 3 down first half they will take the point.

A shocking first half performance all round saw Alpine take their chances and cruise through the first 45. After some strong words by the gaffer And a change resulting in Kehoe coming on, Kill finally began to play. Maguire and O Connor (L) we’re getting on the ball and driving forward with purpose. Alpine sat deep but the deadlock was broken around the 60 minute mark after Devlin headed in from a Conroy cross. It was 3-2 a few minutes later after Carroll scored from an indirect free kick. This also saw Alpine reduced to ten men. Ten minutes from the end a Conroy shot was sliced into his own net by an Alpine player. Kill pressed and pressed for a winner but spurned some chances. The full time whistle blew and the sides shared the spoils.

A hard fought point for Kill and we go again.
