Great start to the season for the lads today against a newly formed team. ??

We actually started a little slow perhaps getting to grips with the new surroundings but once the lads found their groove they were brilliant to watch and played some really good footy. We were 7-0 to the good at half time with Hugo grabbing the first 2 goals of the season with tidy finishes. Cameron bagged himself a first half hat trick and 2 assists with an OG from a Henry corner and good goal from Teddy showing our dominance. ????

I switched it around a little at half time to try players in different positions and challenged the lads to score a goal where all 7 players on the pitch had touched it. ??

That didn’t happen and perhaps unsurprisingly the passing stopped a little as all players tried to get themselves a goal. We did add an 8th through Freddie and kept it tight at the back as well to get a well deserved clean sheet. ??

Really good work from the lads today but we do need to keep them grounded, we will come up against tougher opposition and keep being together as a team. Sorry to be that guy ??

Teddy captained us brilliantly and awarded the first captains player of the match to Hugo with Cameron getting the managers player for a great all round display. ??
