A mid morning trip to Winsford awaited us today in the league.
We started well and with a good press and attitude. After 8 minutes Siddarth flicked a header on, Archie gathered and rounded one defender before slotting home.
On 20 minutes Tymon charged forward from defence and was played in by Ash, he finished in off the keeper.
3 up going into half time after Tymon returned the favour with a lovely long ball for Ash to finish.
We conceded early in the 2nd half but regained some control after. Worked down the right Owen curled a lovely ball in and Ash with a lovely lobbed finish. We finished the game off when Owen popped it inside to the ever marauding Tymon to get his 2nd of the game.
We were really good today. Showed good intensity in a hard battling match. We played some good stuff and had lots of space out wide, Owen, Rory, Siddarth all using that space well and getting in good positions for shots and crosses. Defence were all solid and everyone put in a shift.
