A determined Hove Lawns kept their unbeaten streak going with a hard fought draw against a good El Rechaza.
After time off for the winter break, The lawns came out a little off the pace and were punished after a break away from a corner lead to El Rechaza taking the lead.
Lawns kept pushing and created some chances with Jack going close to leveling the score.
At half time, changes were made and a new shape gave the Lawns more control.
Hard work paid off with new signing Luke, playing Jack through to get a deserved goal after excellent work at the back from Lewis.Joe R kept the Lawns in it with some excellent saves particuarly down at the attackers feet.
Lawns kept pushng and were unlucky not get a second, however Rechaza weren't done and in the dying minutes, they hit the bar from a freekick and a short goal mouth scramble but The Lawns held firm and got the deserved point.
