Hoole 1sts were heavily beaten by Eccleston as they suffered a 5-0 loss on a wet and windy day in Lancashire.
Manager Liam said the following after the game:
"We made a positive start to game but failed to take advantage of early pressure. Joe had a good chance shortly before their first goal which could have put us 1-0 up. However, it was all downhill from there & unfortunately it was the poorest performance of the season, losing 5-0 and with a catalogue of soft goals from basic errors. To make matters worse conditions were awful with torrential rain lashing the subs & management. Sam mom again on pure work rate. Nothing else to add - one to forget!! Onwards to Southport... "
