Back in the County Cup today v Norton. Not as easy as people think after the bad run of games we have had. A improvement was expected-no- demanded today from the lads. A shuffle of the pack and WOW- incredible first half of football. Norton`s keeper certainly doing overtime in his goal.

Could have been double figures at half time but for the Norton keeper. Completely different side/ performance compared to last week.

48 mins Smudger again inspired as a provider puts Louie McCarten through who shoots at a defender who incredibly turns it in - OWN goal - so unlucky for McCarten 5v1

53mins- Goal of the game - what a brilliant team goal - from back to front in about 5 moves for Lee Smart to score. A Team goal at any level would be proud of 6v1

55 mins - Luke green scores a breathtaking free kick from 25 yards 7v1

58 mins - Luke Green - Penalty 8v1

80mins- Luke Green completes his hat trick with a tap in after once again Smudger assists another goal 9v1

85 mins - Norton score a long range effort after the midfielder handles the ball past a defender to shoot long range or was it a toe poke ? 9v2

A good game and fair play to Norton - kept going with Hamilton in mean form today after the embarrassment of the last few weeks .
