First game of the season and a pretty good one it was.
We took 15 players today, which can make it a headache, but it worked really well... Keeping everyone on the pitch and on their toes, with the boys on the bench eager to get on.
From minute 2, our first attack, saw us awarded a Penalty which Elisha put away well.
We constantly pressed the Bransgore team, and we were rewarded with 5 more goals in the first half. Goals from Noah, Will and Elisha and a cracking strike from Benji. We had also hit the post and their keeper had made some great saves.
After half time, and we continued to rotate the squad, but wanted to keep the intensity going.
We dropped off slightly, after we had scored more, but overall, a good start to the season, and a clean sheet which is always nice.

After being made Captain for 2022/23, from a vote by his fellow teammates, Elisha was superb today.
