Greenfield Youth FC U14 Pa 4 vs 0 Bournemouth Electric Youth

The first game in 4 weeks for a lot of the boys turned into a complete display which was very pleasing. Against Electric it's always a battle but once you get on top of them their heads go down and this is how it played out.

Because a lot of the boys know each other well it's always hard to gauge how it's going to go but the boys really did put a shift in and also fought for every ball. They also created a host of chances which was also very positive. All 4 goals today were scored by Will. The first was a great header from Noah's pinpoint cross. The second was a ball in behind were he dispatched it into the top corner. The 3rd was a scramble in the area and a neat finish 4th was a mistake by their defender and Will rounded the keeper for his 4th. A great display from him.

All around the pitch, we were excellent and thoroughly deserved the victory which hopefully brings confidence into the next two games. We can have a big impact on the league table with our remaining fixtures.

Mom today would go to Will 99% of the time but today went to Aaron who had his best game in a Geenfields shirt.
