Holt United Youth U13 1 vs 4 Greenfield Youth FC U13 Pa

After a hectic rescheduling of events this weekend we travelled to Holt for a midday KO.

Holt decided to play us on their smallest 11 aside pitch to try and make the game tight and scrappy. The boys started very confidently and played some really good football. Chances came and went without testing the Holt keeper too much. Holt grew into the half and created a few half chances but both teams went into the half all square.

The boys were starting to get frustrated trying to force the play. The opener came about from a well worked free kick with Olly finishing from close range. The boys settled but got caught on the break from good play from their winger allowing Holt to draw level. Lots of changes were made during the game to try and get another goal which came from Noah's close finish from a corner.

Our 3rd goal was the best all round goal of the season. We played suddenly two touch football and the ball came out to Dom who scored into the top corner from 25 yards. Olly then got his second from another long range shot to finish the game.

Another test out the way which brings on Highcliffe on Tuesday night. That's will be our 8th league game in a space of a month and will need to be on it once again.

Mom went to Dom for his wonderfull finish that settled the game
