Itis Itis Rovers 8 vs 1 Goal Sports FC

The Giants were left like a school kid who had his pants whipped down in front of his crush at secondary school as the Itis Itis Rovers ran riot upon Oliver’s Mountain.

The Goal Sports boy’s chances of progressing were like ice cream as they literally melted in to the gorgeous playing surface today, as a defensive mix up saw a Rovers baddy square to one time trialist Ellis Wilson to bundle home from a yard out after 15.

Unbelievably from the away sides point of view a number of Giants looked close to tears and seemingly gave up on the game, and their chances of meeting Frank up close and personal as a whole host of goal insertions by the Rovers boys saw them run in 3 more to leave the tie at 4-Neil at the half time hooter.

After strict instructions to actually try by team gaffer Plumpton the Rudstonians went out and conceded from the actual centre kick by Rovers! It must have felt like a real big kick in the gahooners for the pint sized coach as his team had well and truly given up the ghost.

More real bad play by the away side saw them slump to 7 and neil before a Seaside Tommy Wilde knock down from a flag kick saw Phil Hill power home from close range to save a whitewash.

Oh and Rovers finished the tie leaving Pwilly's sheets like a naughty muddy dog that had made its way on to the bedroom love mat, as a long range strike nestled in to the back of his interior and finish the scoring action for the game.

The Goal Sports boy’s season is threatening to derail like a runaway freight train with huge games coming up against title contenders Rosette Rhinos and their cup final against Super League B side Edgehill Iron Pigs Res.

Can they try their bestest and sort out their shizzle, or is this the beginning of the end? With 4 defeats and a draw after going a goal behind, the young Giants boys’ mentality is certainly now under the microscope going in to some big huge important games!
