Enfield Celtic 3 vs 2 Sporting BJD

A Superb performance by the lads today, we took the control of the game from the first whistle; we showed

Tactical awareness in and out of possession, for our first goal after 3 minutes when Phil pounced on a defensive error form the BJD CB, 27 mins later

It was 2-0, great pressing by Quin and Fozzy to win the ball back and Fozzy with his first assist and Phil slotted his 2nd home.

The opponents pulled a goal back against the run of play but soon after Evan found Ethan; who played a lovely 1/2 with Fozzy and Ethan beat 5 defenders and slotted a cool finish to make it 3-1 just before half time

ECFC controlled the majority of the 2md half, again great discipline shown by the lads to drop into our own half and deny them space, Sporting BJD lost their composure and had 2 players sent off but still managed to win a peno to make the game 3-2:

ECFC 1sts took advantage of the 2 extra players and moved The opponents around the pitch with some slick passing.

The game ended 3-2 to us and a great start in the shield for the lads ??????????
