Cowies long unbeaten league run continues however a draw tonight wasn't enough to stop Kincorth winning the league.

In a game lacking very little quality on a difficult pitch, there were few clear cut chances for either side, Cowies best falling to McDonald after a defender misjudged a clearance but his first time shot went just wide of the post.

Woodside opened the scoring in 75th minute when a free kick from out wide was missed by everyone and went in at the far post.

Cowie fought back knowing only a win would do and got an equaliser in the 87th minute when KNOWLES reacted first in the box and volleyed in the equaliser.

There was a couple half chances for Cowie at the end but couldn't get that winning goal.

Congratulations to Kincorth on winning the league, made a great start and it just proved too much to catch up with.

Our last game is on Saturday away to Insch where a win will secure 2nd place in the league, our highest ever finish.
