Cowie Thistle 5 - 0 Tarves

In the last home game of the season Cowie made it a league double over Tarves with what turned out to be another comfortable win.

Cowie opened the scoring in the 15th minute when LOVICK reacted quickest to a throw into the box and looped his header over the keeper

2-0 came just before half time when McDONALD was put through by Lovick and finished low past the keeper.

Tarves came out in the 2nd half looking to get back into the game and had a decent 15 minute spell but Cowie were defending well and scored the 3rd when a cross from Badger was partially cleared and LOVICK finished the rebound.

5 minutes later it was game over when a shot from McDonald hit the post and WILSON followed up to score his 1st for the club.

The final goal came in the 80th minute when again Lovick played through McDONALD and he lobbed the keeper with ease.

A comfortable win in the end as Cowie continue the unbeaten run heading into the last 2 games of the season
