Friday night football again for Cowie and another convincing win, coming from behind to beat Gt Western tonight.

Going 1-0 down in the 4th minute after a runner wasn't matched and he finished past Stu, Cowie got an equaliser 2 minutes later when Knowles laid the ball off and SALMOND curled the ball into the corner.

2-1 came in the 20th minute when a corner from Cammy was headed in at the back post by CRAN and the same player made it 3-1 after half an hour when he curled home from the edge of the box.

Great Western went straight up the park and got a goal back, but Cowie then did the same, this time KNOWLES finishing into the corner from McDonalds square ball.

3 goals in 10 minutes sealed the game, in 60th minute McDONALD turning the defender and beat the keeper with ease, two.monutes later SALMOND got his 2nd withna good finish from the edge of the box and then CRAN got his hat-trick running onto TJs diagonal through ball and giving the keeper no chance.

Cowie made 5 changes to give players some well deserved playing time and made it 8-2 in the 85th minute when great work by Bez down the line cut the ball back and McDONALD took a touch and finished into the corner.

Great Western got a 3rd with the last kick of the ball as a corner wasn't defended but the game was well over by this point.

A very good performance against a t3am that have caused Premier teams problems in the past , good momentum going into next week's big Scottish Cup game
