A replay next week for Cowie as Edinburgh North equalised in the last minute to force the draw today.

Cowie took the lead after 13 minutes when BADGER curled a free kick into the top corner from 25 yards. Unfortunately the lead only lasted 2 minutes as a free kick was headed clear to the edge of the box only for the Edinburgh player to hit a worldie Di Canio scissor kick into the top corner.

As the rain fell Cowie missed numerous chances yet again to extend the lead but eventually got the 2nd after 75 minutes when Badger was fouled in the box and DUKE slotted the penalty home.

Cowie dominated the last 15 minutes and had a goal harshly disallowed, 2 shots cleared off the line but Edinburgh equalised against the run of play in the last minute when a long throw was flicked on and the striker hooked the ball into the net.

Disappointing to concede in the last minute in a game we should've won, look forward to next week.
