Another thought game against stoke today, a physical team that bully games and unfortunately once again we allowed them to in the first half. When we played them at home recently we were 4 down by half time, today 3 down which makes it hard to come back. In the game at home as well as today we were much stronger in the second half, fighting for the ball, passing well and creating chances...goals win matches. We got a goal and made a match of it despite an awful pitch and some poor referring decisions that I know frustrated you all.

We have two good league games to look forward to left, Silver Road and Thorpe, both winnable if we play to our best, giving us a chance to finish the season strongly.

Thank you for your performance today, several of you picked up injuries and you probably didn’t enjoy it much, so thank you for your energy and focus until the end.
