A very resliant draw today in tough conditions, a difficult pitch and team to play.

As a team you are growing every week, able to adapt, able to play through difficulty, fight back and get results. Sometimes in games you need to dig in and get a result which you did, well done. Jack rallied you all in the final few minutes to get up the pitch and snatch the draw!

Once again I thought you all played well and the defence particularly, they probably feel like they had been in a real battle, fighting balls in the box, the pitch and fouls.

We talked about three things before the game which I want you to remember...

1- no complacency and no fear

Whoever you play, whatever you think about them, just focus on your role in th team and , the results will come.

2- teamwork over (makes the) dreamworks!

During the game don’t dwell on mistakes, dream about a wonder goal or pass, focus all the time as a team, doing your job for the team to succeed. It's great to dream before the game and visualise having a great game, but not during it:)

3- Always improving

In order for you all to become better as individual players, for me to improve as a coach and for us as a group to get better , enjoying our football and getting results, we have to stay hungry & dedicate ourselves to wanting to be better .....keep it up!
