Well done to all of you today, really pleased with that performance.

Boosted by our new kits, kindly provided by Lisa, you were all motivated to put it in today and you did.

Defence, great shape, very rarely out of position, solid performance which kept the team looking secure and a base to build from. I saw some good playing out from the back with the ball used well by all. Good disciplined performance from all, especially Steve who was out of position and learning the role.

Midfield, worked hard all game with assists and goals as well as good hard ball winning, relentless energy and goals from Harrison, Harry, Seb Justin, kenzie and Preston.

Forwards, chased down defenders, clever runs and goals!

Special mention to harry, Steve and kenzie who were recognised for their efforts today and Preston who was selected MoM by Bacton coaches.

We start pre-season in a week or two and of we keep working on our fitness, positioning and use of the ball we will be strong this season.

As a final note, thanks to Max, Blake and Seb for helping us out today who I couldn’t add to the team sheet of stats in here but all did really well for us.
