First half, Harris started in GK, Hughes on the left, Cooney on the right, Hepworth CB and Taylor in ST. Winning the ball straight from kickoff, Hughes played a ball in to Hepworth who squared it across the box to Taylor to tap in on the back post for 0-1. COCFC then reset after the game restarted, Real Sosobad came back straight away with a long range shot that fell through Harris' hands for 1-1. Another long range shot from Real Sosobad took the game to 2-1. At the other end of the pitch, Real Sosobad passed the ball back to their GK, and Hepworth put pressure on the keeper who tried to pass the ball out but Hepworth intercepted and put it in the back of the net for 2-2.

Cooney subbed off for Gubby, and Hepworth Subbed off for Fawkes. At HT 2-2.

Second half, Taylor started in GK, McCoulough on the left, Gubby on the right, Harris in CB and Fawkes in CF. Halfway into the second half, Gubby subbed off for Cooney. Real Sosobad took a corner kick, McCoulough intercepted, running down the left wing, cutting in and putting Fawkes through to finish for 2-3. Fawkes then subbed off for Hepworth. Cooney bursts down the right wing, firing a shot at the opposition keeper, who palmed it off to the left hand side. McCoulough chased it down, cut back and beat the keeper at his near post to bring it to 2-4. At full time COCFC won 4-2.
