Harris started in GK, Taylor at CB, Hepworth and Cooney getting down the side channels, and Hughes up top. After a number of unfinished chances COCFC went 1-0 down, and then 2-0 down in quick succession. Cooney and Hepworth came off and McCoulough and Fawkes both came on. After some more solid play, Taylor came off and Cooney came back on. Hughes was beaten by a Pink Magic player, and after committing the foul, the Pink Magic player tried to give Hughes a hug. Hughes wanted to swap shirts with him mid game, however the ref wasn't allowing this and gave Pink Magic FC a free-kick. The first half ended 2-0.
Second half, Hughes went in goal, Hepworth in CB, Fawkes on the left hand side, McCoulough on the right, and Harris up top. McCoulough then came off for Cooney, and Fawkes for Taylor. Not long after, Pink Magic FC scored their 3rd goal to make it 3-0. Late into the half Hepworth substituted for McCoulough, but the game finished 3-0 loss for COCFC at full time.
