Boswell AFC 1 vs 3 Glynhill Moorcroft AFC

Cup Final Day

Boswell started the game positively with some early chances.

it didn't take long for the first goal scored by Duran Henclewood.

Duran received a short pass from Steven and had shot from the edge of the box it looked like the keeper saved it but slipped under him and just over the line.

Glynhill received a soft penalty on the 29th min.

But justice was served when Bobo saved the penalty on to the post at full stretched then blocked the rebound.

Duran nearly made it 2 nil but brought out a cracking save from the Glynhill keeper.

2nd Half Glynhill came out determined to get the equaliser but constant pressure with there constant high balls but was dealt with the defence and the constant punching from Bobo.

Boswell were denied a stonewall freekick when Steven was caught in the box but ref bottled the decision and waved play on. On the 84th min a ball down the left side was then crossed in and the big centre forward powered in a header into the top corner. The Game ended 1-1 and extra time was the result wont go into much detail as we ended up getting beat 3-1 but all credit to the Boswell players as they gave there all against a team that won the league MTB.
