BoC F.C. 5 vs 1 EPR FC

We were short of players early Thursday, but somehow by kick off 10 had turned into 14 and in spite of lending the oppo one or two we still had a well stocked subs bench.

Tight first half, Tony giving us a narrow lead.

Second half, oppo striker flicked a through ball over his head and away from me, finishing past Tyson for the equaliser.

Paul missed a pen, hitting the bar, but finishes from Darren and Danny gave us a 3-1 lead.

Tempers started to get a bit frayed at that point and there was a spate on handbags. I thought we were more sinned against than sinners and a couple of their players I thought could have conducted themselves a bit better.

Further goals from Paul and a good finish at the death from Charlie after a cracking through ball from Josh meant it ended 5-1 to us and that sounds more comfortable than it actually was.

No game next week, as tour to Newcastle/Whitley Bay the following weekend.
