Aylesbury Dynamos 5 vs 2 New Zealand

With news coming through that one of the New Zealand key players was suspended from play, Dynamos had to stay very focused as we knew they would battle very hard.

The instruction to stay very tight for the first 20 minutes went out the window when a break saw Carl Clay take a well taken header which should have been dealt with.

With Dynamos seeming to be a little off the pace a well taken move saw Ellis Gooding equalize and then just before the break Chris Shennan scored a fantastic header to ensure the lead at the break.

We seemed to up the ante in the second half however were unlucky to concede when a shot off target was deflected in for an own goal.

Once again though we regrouped and then the game took a different stance with Ray Undi and Steve Lindsey taking control through the midfield.

Numerous chances were missed and we could have had easily had another 4/5 goals on a better day, However it wasn't long coming and 2 further goals from Chris Shennan and a well taken finish from Craig Beale saw Dynamos crowned champions.
