Quainton 2 vs 4 Aylesbury Dynamos Football

When we arrived the pitch looked very nice however after a warm up we could tell it was actually very bobbly. Once again we started slowly and were caught being to casual for Quainton to take the lead with a good strike leaving our keeper no chance. However this kicked us in to gear and it wasn't long before a great team move saw us equalise from the endless energy of Kumar Hamid, soon after this a well taken free kick from Akel saw Colin White get on the score sheet, and at this point it looked like the floodgates would open as the flowing football was good to see. A poor back pass which Kumar read and went around the keeper made it 3-1 and then Akel finished a goal himself to end the halve 4-1. Our man of the match was Leon Salter today after coming back from a bad injury he run the midfield very well today and certainly lead by example. The second halve was totally different as it is hard to keep up that same level of intensity plus Quainton weren't given up, we looked like we had an attitude of the games done so 3 substitutes Frank, Stephen and Craig all come on at various points throughout the halve, however it was Quainton who come at us again with another great strike to make it 4-2, numerous chances were spurned in front of the Quainton goal and on another day it could have been a cricket score, 3 points in the bag and we move on in this incredible league run
