Yesterday we played CF Milan for the second time and yet again the result doesn’t reflect on how well we played.

After last week’s amazing performance we carried it over to this week and dominated most parts of the game, in particular the second half. We were all over them, battled hard and created chances which we just couldn’t put away. One of their goals was a mistake (which happens) and another one of their goals was totally against the run of play and totally undeserving. We deserved more from today’s performance. We feel like the last few games we haven’t got the results we have deserved but that’s football and sometimes you just need a little luck, but we are heading in the right direction and the lads are playing really well right now.

We did manage to find the back of the net eventually through Louis, who is now level on goals with Jude (13) for the season with one game to go ??.

Massive well done to Lucas for receiving ‘Player of the match’. He had a fantastic game on the wing yesterday, running at his opponents and also claiming a lovely assist for our goal ??.

Nice break over Easter now before we return for the last game of the season on April 26th.
