Once again this morning the result wasn’t deserved and doesn’t reflect on how well we played!

We started brightly and dominated the play during the opening parts of the game and took a well deserved lead through some nice corner play, finished off by Jax, who slammed it into the back of the net from the edge of the box.

After this we had a spell where we just let some silly goals In and ended up losing the match, however, we played well this morning and we dominated most of the match apart from the last 10 minutes or so of that first half. Take that part of the game away and we matched them, we played our game, played some good football and on another day we could beat them 100%. Most of their goals apart from one came in that spell in the first half but the rest of the match we were the better team by far.

Massive well done to today’s captain Joseph on receiving The Player of the match award ?? He was feeling low after last week but certainly redeemed himself this morning with some top saves. We are very lucky to have this lad as our goalkeeper ??

We will keep going whatever the circumstances because this is our Knights team and we will fight until the end ????
