A stunning victory this morning in Ashby!

After a good team talk asking for a strong start they didn’t disappoint. From start to finish we dominated the game and came away with a well earned win. The energy levels were there to see, they took instructions well, communication between the lads was there to hear and we played as a team, passed the ball around very very well & helped each other out. We were calm and composed on the ball, took our chances well & thoroughly deserved this win. Shout out to Dexter who, for the second week running received ‘The player of the match award’, His confidence has risen so high lately as we continue this journey we’re all on. We’re happy with how all the lads are developing as footballers. The lads played with passion today & battled from the very first whistle.

3 week break now to reflect on the past season and look ahead to the next. We keep working..

Next match is on August 24th vs Forest Town, which will be our final friendly before the new season.
