Allscott Heath FC 0 vs 5 Coventry Sphinx

An early goal for Coventry Sphinx put them on the front foot at the beginning of the game but Allscott grew into it not long after. A few half chances with every player on the pitch fighting and battling for the ball. The game became more heated as time went on as the Coventry managers protested a decision with the referee but the players kept their heads and kept doing what they were doing.

As the second half got underway Coventry looked to double their lead and did not long after the whistle had blown with a brilliant free kick. Then Coventry protested yet another decision as a player was brought down in the penalty area but the referee made the correct decision - no penalty. Then all hell broke loose as Coventry began to try and start something with the Allscott players. Once the madness had calmed down we were into the last 10 minutes. Allscott had put up a superb performance with every player putting their all into the game. They battled and gave it their all but in the last portion of the match their legs went as they conceded 3 goals. A great performance from the lads today and a 5-0 score line flattered the opposition.
